  If you like just a small sprinkle of cheese on your bowl, then make sure to ask for extra cheese! That’s what I did and this is what I got. I understand being a little smaller on portions when customers are ordering all the toppings possible and it needs to fit within the bowl/burrito, but I had one topping of cheese… you can do better than this Chipotle First lady I spoke with told me the order wasn’t ready yet but she’s going to make it for me right now, I said okay cool no worries. A few minutes later a different worker came to the window and asked me for the name and then told me that it hasn’t been started yet. What happened to the girl who said she was going to make it, I have no clue. Also I mobile order for almost all places that have this option (mostly for the points). Typically if you place an order for a drive-thru pickup, your place in the drive-thru line is normally the order food should be handed out. Now I know Chipotle does a “pick up time,” but most places don’t start your order until you are at the drive-thru, or if they haven’t started it yet, then they make the order. There is, of course, the occasional time where a place will ask you to pull forward and someone will bring your order to your car once it is ready, but never in my life have I been asked to pull around the building to the back of the line since they haven’t started mine still.   Order from the Chipotle app. Doordash sent four different drivers to the store, the first 3 waited about 10 minutes then canceled due to store not making order before the final one waited 30 minutes for my order. Once I received order had no lime side sauce, no fajita veggies in either bowl, large chips was nearly empty.

  App Order was totally incorrect, rice was undercooked, avocado already brown. Just awful, wasn't worth eating. Will not be returning.

  This location was my go-to, but after this morning I will not be back. They’re supposed to open at 10:45am and didn’t open until 10:50am. Their supposed lady said they were having a key issue although she still opened the door herself she left me standing outside in the freezing cold. She proceeded to open the door with an attitude. Once I finally was allowed inside no food was freshly cooked. The food was old and one of the staff members yelled from behind the counter that the food was fresh. There was no aroma of food smell and the food looked dry. Rude staff and just unprofessional. The other location down the street is better.

  Gotta say the effort is pathetic...ripped my burrito open when she was making it (maybe don't smash the rice spoon on the tortilla a half dozen times) then was double wrapping it, and when I asked that she just use one tortilla she promptly dumped the busted burrito into a bowl and scowled at me.
