  The food was really great, pretty fast service. Our server Thomas showed us amazing hospitality, friendly service, and great conversation! Definitely would come back based on his contributions to our enjoyable experience! He needs a raise !!!

  It is always a great experience at this BWW! Great atmosphere, clean, and great staff. Thomas is always helpful and goes above and beyond as a server!

  Usually a GREAT experience, but have someone experienced with big groups, keep orders as requested 3 (so far) came out wrong, had to ask for condiments 3 times, and NEVER let a customer run dry on a drink

  I visited Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my 21st birthday and was really excited for the experience. Unfortunately, I had recently lost my physical ID and only had the temporary paper ID issued while waiting for my replacement. The bartender let me know they couldn't accept it, so I wasn't able to order a drink. I understand that staff have to follow policies and local laws, so | don't blame them personally. However, it was disappointing, especially on my birthday, and I wish there had been clearer communication beforehand about acceptable forms of ID. Overall, the situation put a damper on what was supposed to be a special night. Just something to be aware of if you're planning to celebrate here-make sure you have a physical ID with you.

  The following happened on Saturday March 21st. I ordered a meal for two on the app at around 5:10pm, app stated the order would be ready at 5:30pm. I entered the restaurant at 5:30pm and my order wasn’t out yet, no problem at all. Clock hits around 5:45pm, there are now 5 of us waiting and not a single to-go order was brought out. 5:50pm rolls around and all these to-go orders came out at once. I was skeptical leaving the restaurant with my order right away, I throughly check my bag and I’m missing an order of cheese curds and my sauced chicken dippers have no sauce on them. A lady I was waiting with came back into the restaurant and said she didn’t get her onion rings. The staff member told the customer, “that’s all that’s missing?”. They came back out around 6:00pm with my cheese curds and correct chicken dippers. Not once did any of the staff apologize to me or anyone waiting way beyond their pick-up times nor any apology for missing orders. Also, a lot of my food was cold when I got home (I only live 10 minutes away) so that tells me all of our orders were just sitting there and no one was running them to the floor. I also overheard a table of customers saying they come here often, as do I, and never have had to wait that long for their order. The waitress told them the food was ready & sitting there, but no one was running food out. Not once during my 30 minutes there did I see a Manager on the floor at all. Additionally as I was leaving, there were 3 parties waiting to be sat and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Please lead this restaurant better and arrange staffing accordingly around the floor.
