  Absolute worst drive thru experience I have ever been involved with. Waited 30 mins for 2 basic supremes combos with seasoned fries. Had me driving all over the parking lot to accommodate her not having to walk out to bring me my food. Overed me and extra large fri for the wait but got home and neither one of the combos had fries in it.. drinks had no ice. Tea was hot.. it's a shame cause Bojangles have been a long time favorite. But after this experience I will never come back to this one. The customer should be accommodated for the wait not the worker. And when the meal is 30 mins late..make it right . Watch the cameras and see what y'all have serving the public

  The food is very good. My favorite is the Cajun filet. Everyone in our family loves the bo rounds, especially the kiddos. Most of the employees are very friendly and courteous. We go here often.

  I chose Bojangles over another well known chain although it cost twice as much (with a discount). The drumstick was the size of a drummette. I wish I could attach a picture. In addition to the chicken pieces being SO small, it was dry. The quality was so much worse than what II had a couple of months back. I guess every place has a bad day. Bojangles can do better. They did have nice service.

  I used to come here for breakfast at least once every couple of weeks. Ive stopped coming so often bc of the horrible AI ordering system. My order is never right!
