Long wait, plenty of staff but only a couple people actually doing anything. Chicken strips were fresh but we got the smallest portion of fries I've ever seen. Would be a great place if it was ran a little better.

Plenty of staff working but unorganized. Three different people asked if we had been helped (after we ordered online using DQ app) but failed to see task completed. Could have walked in and ordered at counter and got it quicker!

if you order a chicken strip basket, they either forget your toast or give you 3 extra chicken strips, so i'd probably treat them right
