  I placed an order online with specific instructions about my 2 sandwiches. The mayo wasn't on the top and bottom of the BREAD..they put the mayo on top of the cheese and meat🙄🙄🙄 also we were given bread from the previous night. We were among the 1st customers of them opening so how was our bread too hard to chew and bite ..and I didn't get it toasted. So I missed all of the above but I did have to tell my sandwich maker how to cut my sandwich although I specified how I wanted it to be cut. Had I known that when I got home THIS crap is what I was getting....I wouldn't have left a tip‼️‼️‼️ I am highly disappointed and my mom and I are regulars I am a member of sub club so I had a free footlong and I purchased a footlong ...1110am approximately

  The people always have a smile on their face they're so kind while making your sandwich if you're like me and you go in at least once a week😅 you're really enjoy yourself. The food and the staff is so amazing heavy On the staff being absolutely amazing

  Where do I even start ..The staff wasn't rude, however very unprofessional. Side conversation going on while making our sandwiches, sandwiches were super sloppy. The staff was unaware of current promotions.....

  Went today got 2 steak and cheese and Italian BMT and girl ain’t measure meat and you can see in picture there is barley any meat on it no meat on one side and the other steak and cheese she put some sweet onion sauce all over it and when I said that’s wrong sauce she scraped veggies and meat off and wraps it up if I could give 0 stars I would and will not ever go there again absolutely ridiculous service not to mention no hair nets the only good thing we got was the cookies
