  TERRIBLE customer service. They pull $30.79 off my card for my order then said it declined and won’t refund me my money or even send my order out.

  Terrible terrible service The night shift employees really do not care for their job. I put in a order a close to closing time.They had me to wait 45 minutes after I paid then I have to reach out to them and ask where's my order then they tell me we don't have any more ham okay let's change it to sausage. That's going to take another 45 minutes at that time you guys will be close by the time I get there when I arrive three of the employees was wiping down the counters I knocked on the door to see if they had my order ready The little short stubby one with glasses yells out nope!!! Then pulls his phone out and started watching videos Facebook All I wanted to know were my order I would like to get a full refund This is not the first time that this establishment has messed up a delivery Don't get me started on how the delivery driver gave my order away to other people that was standing down the street
