  I never went to a Wendy’s where I was ever told that they can’t substitute grill chicken for spicy chicken on a salad never I then ordered the taco salad in didn’t receive all the condiments that come w it how disappointing also tried to give me cold food and the crew is not welcoming want be back

  They’re you wait 6 mins and lie and say your food is freasg and it’s old and been heated up in the microwave the manager with the stripe grey and white shirt has terrible customer service he make me feel like my food is unsafe when asking for fresh food.2nd time this happened to me with the same night shift manager Disgusting!!! New management please

  Teller made us wait at 1st drive thru window until we were waved up by the next window, even though there was nobody ahead of us? Never heard of this at any other Wendys. They didn't give us our chicken nuggets and couldn't make a chocolate frosty???

  I just left here the manager is very unprofessional,, she was so rude,, then made us stay at the first window only because she didn't want to mess up her time I know it's really going on,, then for us to wait like 10 minutes and then she tried to charge us extra just for a sauce because we asked could we have one for the wait... That is ridiculous maybe if they did their jobs the right way instead of cheating service would be a lot better...

  Worst experience ever after you spent more then $40 they will want to charge you for $50 cent for sauce on top of that still did not get my order right missing 1 drink manager on duty No better same as the girl on the window bad attitude all around
