- LCLaura CosbyApr 2, 20261.0I usually do NOT leave a review if I have a negative experience because I know we all have a bad day here and there ...BUT tonight around 11:50pm-12am we encountered the rudest manager, she was absolutely apart of the reason McDonalds has a bad rep when it comes to customer service!!! This location for a while has had the most wonderful managers and my family has enjoyed patronizing this location BUT that lady tonight who McDonald's mistakenly made a manager is the sole reason I will go out of my way to go to another location I will never return here. She was rude, argumentative, yelled at us, threw sauces across the restaurant, wouldn't give out liquid sugar for my drink, complained about having to make fresh fries and constantly was verbally combative while she rolled her neck and her eyes!!!!!!! Just disgusting behavior I would expect from a teenager not a grown woman who is supposed to be a leader! Do better McDonalds!!!!!!!

And they’re NEVER apologetic, paired with an attitude like you’re inconveniencing them. Luckily I’m not a rude person but I wouldn’t blame someone for going off on them.
