Then you hear order when u ready. You make it to the window and all you see is workers on their phones leaning on the counter manger holding a hole convo n joking with other employee. I even asked and spoke to her about it addressed my concerns due to I come on my break,if you go in the store you don’t get acknowledged til they done with drive thru car at a time. I laugh cause I approached them about it, and no care smh. The fact that people forget how real the struggle is or what it took them to even get the job. Customer service goes a long way. My opinion they need to start with a new crew cause apparently the ones there are there to chill n kill time while collecting change. I hope corporate takes accountability for there employees. N I’m not Even one to leave reviews, and if this Wendy’s get a good review it’s cause they did it them selves. As for me n mines will continue to leave the neg reviews til they do better.
