    They sold me spoiled roast beef, then told me to bring it back and they would remake it or maybe give me a refund!!!??? Really and I live 45 minutes away???!!! Already threw the sandwich away!!! Won't be going back ti that one....

    I live around the area, when me & my wife crave subway we end up here. Granted it’s the end of the day, they only have one worker! i want to give a special shoutout to the Jordan! He was making it happen holding, down the fort! Great work ethic & professionalism from throughout my experience. He honestly deserves a better job.

    As soon as I walked in the door, the employees were huddled talking to each other. No one acknowledged me or greeted me. I stood at the counter before the young man came to take my order. He never said anything just stared at me. I said what type of sub I wanted, I received a head nod. I paid with cash the employee was too busy eating cookies to properly hand me my change. I guess he didn't want to actually do his job, while at work. The service at this location has progressively been getting worse. I tried to give the employees a pass cause their teenagers/ young adults. But that was me once and I provided the type of customer service experience that I would want in return. This location really needs to fine tune the customer experience.

    I Ordered Online & Came In To Pick It Up & Was Told The Bread I Wanted Was Still Cooking & Wouldn’t Be Ready For Another Hour & A Half. When I Asked For A Refund It Took Me Talking To Two Associates To Even Get Someone To Call A Manager. THEN My Refund Will Take 3 Business Days. Ridiculous
