I arrived to the establishment around 10:30/11pm (10/29/2025) and I went through the drive through and placed my order. The guy told me to pull up and wait, which was fine. But after some time I went in because I wasn’t sure that they were going to bring it out, keep in mind this is my first visit. When I went inside it seemed that my order was already ready when I went in there. I was told that if I left a review I could get a free drink which was cool so the guy made a video of me.. I was a little nervous I didn’t really inspect the food before I bit into a wing but when I got home I had TWO short black C curl (slight bend in the hair/ not completely straight ) hair strands in my wings. I won’t be back.

I ordered the beef & broccoli with rice. ALL OF THE "JUICES" that was supposed to be on my food was in the bag. Common sense would tell u to send the sauce in a container so that the customer could actually eat it on their food & not look at it in the plastic bag. AAAANNDD 2 KETCHUPS for the fries. More than likely if they order late night they're probably AT WORK & don't have access to condiments

From my very first visit about three months ago, he’s memorized my order and has had it right ever since! He also gives the best food recommendations and always makes sure everything is fresh and hot. His friendly attitude, great customer service, and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. People like Chico are the reason I keep coming back! 👏🏾
