The food had way too much garlic. Way more than usual. The Fettuccine Weesie was way more garlicy than normal. But the service made up for it. Jolie is RARE! She was extremely friendly and personable. My family and I enjoyed our dinner because of her.

We waited 40 min for our bread to come out. We recieved our foof immediatly after. Began eating with absolutly nothing to choak the dry hard as a brick bread down. The tomatoe basil soup was the seditament at the bottom of the pot that had sat for days. Its so sad because we'd drive 1 1/2 for the soup until today. Maybe it was by design??? Everyone else were recieving extra loaves of bread refills of drinks while we sat looking stupid in the middle of the room.

This was my first time eating at Carrabba's along with multiple members of my groups first times as well, and there was a lot of opportunity for the restaurant as the service, along with multiple other things fell short of expectations of "Dining in" and or service I could of received at any other restaurant.
Went to the restaurant 11/07, and was greeted and guided to our table, when going to the table the floor felt very sticky, and wet. I understand wishing to clean up after every guest but it would have be nice if there was some prior warning or to let us know that the floor would still be wet/still drying. while waiting we were met with our server Crystal had a good attitude on her shoulders, but service from her fell short due to her not explaining the menu as first timers at the restaurant and not to add, as she continued to forget basic things such as straws after telling me she'll be back with a straw for our refill drinks, and not to add forgetting about a member of my group drink after 15 minutes of waiting she had to ask another young lady if she could have a drink, and came back 20 minutes later where she seemed confused, and or lost with the water requested a while prior. Food seemed rushed, and unappetizing. The Fettuccine Carrabba, was very soupy and very oily not to add the noodles tasted like they been sitting or weren't cooked properly. I had no want or desire to bring it home to salvage it, due to it being very sloppy and unappetizing. Mozzarella sticks, also tasted the same very oily and tasted very rushed to the table..
Along with that my friend was forced to pay $5 extra for a "extra side of shrimp" when she asked in the beginning of the service if we could substitute the steak for shrimp for her dish due to her being a pescatarian and would not eat the steak. – Along with that the meal ordered was not even correct, she was given a whole different meal instead of the one requested. and when the server was asked, she had nothing to say and shrugged her shoulders and said that It could not have been done. – Service would of been she should of came back to the table or asked her manager to come to explain the situation to us, but non of these options were used and she just continued with her other tables without notifying or speaking to us.
Service was not up to par, and was down right disrespectful and was a waste. Because I will be honest you with here if I wanted mall food there was a food court about 5 minutes down the road and I could of payed half of the cost that I spent at your restaurant.
Do better, because this service, and the food were not it.

I had a great experience at Carrabba’s during my recent visit. Our server, Jacqui, was outstanding. She was extremely attentive without ever feeling overbearing, and you could tell she really cares about her guests. Even though she was handling multiple tables at once, she never missed a beat — drinks stayed full, food came out just right, and she checked in at the perfect times. Her service was friendly, efficient, and professional. Jacqui truly made the meal enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for her if you dine here. Also, the young guy eho brought out the food was very nice and he made us laugh. We enjoy this place everytime and we are lucky to get Jacqui (even though the other servers are nice and does a good job) !

Food is nasty. Extremely oily with no flavour. I ordered the filet and shrimp Toscana and asked the lady if I could sub steak for extra shrimp. She messed up the order and gave me fettuccine weesie and then proceeded to charge me $5.99 for extra shrimp. She never made me aware it would be extra, I wanted to sub the steak but because she gave me the wrong item number I was charged extra. I tried to explain this to her but she just wasn’t understanding… therefore I paid and I’ll never be returning. On top of the food not being good, pasta not good, mozzarella sticks not good. Only thing that was good was my friends truffle fries. Very disappointing
