The woman in drive through acted like I was bigger her for ordering then after being told to pull up ( wait over 10 mins for in drive through while no one is there ...) she didn't give me my drink so I back up and no sorry no anything.. horrible customer service

Honestly I have NEVER been to Arby's but wanted something different from McDonald's. I tried the Gyros sandwich as I didn't want a burger. First I waited at the order taker for awhile!! When I said hello because no one said anything she rudely said WAIT A MINUTE. I said to myself OK. I got to the window and the young lady no smile no greeting no nothing. I asked just to be sure that I was getting a coke zero. Her response was all I can describe as snotty and I was kinda surprised. I was asked to pull forward. Waiting a LONG time when she came back out and asked me what I had ordered. So I waited again. Finally was brought out no sauce no condiments and dry. So if you are the owner and you read this you really should address the customer service situation. It's sad because based on other reviews people are not returning. It's in a prime location. Staff should be polite and have great customer service!!
