My resident ordered a fish sandwich it was cold, she had to wait over 20 minutes for them to give her a fresh piece and they had an attitude about it, another resident was severed uncooked chicken. This was a very unfortunate experience.

While catering to a whole community, those who are employed here show joy, peace, and happiness in so many ways that our society has forgotten. You will receive love at this place. The people, ambiance, and frequency are so refreshing in such a fast moving world. This whole establishment is worth so much more than everything offered. To know this, you’ve got to love it. On March 7, 2026 at 11:32 AM (Check #406) at Bojangles #1246 on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow, the drive-thru employee rolled her eyes when I asked for condiments and sarcastically said “Dang, anything else?” when I asked for honey. When I asked to speak to a manager, another employee stood behind the manager mocking me and making faces while I was explaining the situation. Completely unprofessional. The manager appeared to have no control over the staff a If this is how Bojangles trains its employees to treat customers, it reflects terribly on the brand. Corporate should review the drive-thru camera footage around 11:30 AM on March 7. Former Bojangles customer.
