  I went inside the store and ordered myself a build your own sub. The girl had a cocky attitude with me while she was building the sub. And she said how badly she wanted to go home. And complained. I asked for buffalo sauce to go on my sub at the end and she ignored it and just wrapped it up.

  Placed online order at 8:30 for pickup at 9:00. Hours online and on the door of the store say they close at 10:00. I get there at 8:55 and walked inside, all the chairs were put up and everything was closed. Finally a worker comes from the back and very rudely says, “MA’AM, I’m cleaning up. We closed. I’m just waiting for them to pickup that online order.” I said, “I am the online order.” She pointed to the bag and said, “it’s right there.” 🤯

  Tierra Pennamon has the worst attitude ever ! She's seems to be able to treat people as she pleases without any correction from upper management . The food is NEVER fresh despite advertising eat fresh ! She never moves with a purpose . I've observed her giving food away while I pay for subpar food . She was also noticed stop creating a sandwich to collect weed without so much as changing her gloves ! Throw the entire store and crew away !

  Can someone please tell me how this establishment is still in business? This has got to the absolute worst place ever. What are your hiring practices??? The customer service here is beyond horrible. Do you just go looking for LAZY people with MEGA attitude 😡🤔? The way that the workers act should never be tolerated anywhere. It seems to me there needs to be some heads rolling, starting at the top. Obviously upper management doesn't give a care either. If the sandwich artist doesn't want to work, then don't accept the job. No one is holding a gun to your head. Gosh!!! It's called a job for a reason. SMH

  I ordered online and got there when it said to and waited 20 minutes. Started to eat the sandwich and the bread was hard as can be. They really need more help!
