  Had to come back and say this 💯 Felisha Tarpkins is hands down one of the BEST managers I’ve ever experienced. The environment she creates is different — positive, smooth, and everybody actually works together like a real team. You can tell when leadership is real, because the whole place runs better. The energy is right, the food is on point, and the location just makes it even better. Everything about it feels intentional. I’m definitely coming back — no question.

  Went to the drive through this evening 4/1/26 at 9:50 pm and the female on the intercom was extremely short. She had no customer service skills and had no business taking orders. It appeared that she hated her job. This alone made the experience terrible.

  The customer service could have been better. I got the chicken tender meal and a drink and it was ok. This was my first time eating at whataburger. I asked for spicy ketchup and honey mustard a million times, and no one brought it I just ended up going back up again and getting it from another staff member that was just coming in.

  For the past two days straight my fiance, our boys, and I had good experience here in Monroe, Ga at Whataburger. We got a plain cheese burger meal/Combo and Large Sweet Tea. The ladies that were standing outside yesterday on March 20, 2026 around about 5ish or 6ish PM they were very nice and polite without order and sweet too. And the to the young lady in the window and the manager Felicia they also were very nice Felicia, my fiance, and I use to work together in Monroe at McDonald's she always have been a nice and polite person. And When we came back to today on March 21, 2025 around about 4:30ish for the same order for my our youngest child my mother in law and I came through this time and the young lady who took our order she was very nice and polite too we also got the Strawberry Hibiscus. Now let me tell you about that we thought it was gone be sweet because of the strawberry after we got the food and drive off to the next restaurant that drink had our minds in a different part of the world we count finish out sentences because that's how sour it is. I'm not talking bad about it but I'm just saying it was good but it just sour that's all and to the young ladies inside working were also polite and very nice for the past two days our youngest child had good experience with fresh hot food the burger was fresh and hot, the fries were fresh and hot, and the sweet tea was just right. I love to come to a good restaurant like this and enjoy myself that's the kind of team I want to be apart of not a manager yelling at everybody all day everyday in front of customers like at McDonald's with a high turnover rate. And if only this Whataburger was hiring I would be doing a application for them right now some people may had not so good experience here but my family and I had a good experience we were in and out the drive thru before we can get to 1 minute and that's what I love to see keep up the good work and we can't wait to come back again. 😘🥰😘🥰

  Felicia was absolutely wonderful! The dining room was very busy but she was filling orders speedily and efficiently! Her warm personality and smile as she greeted everyone was like a breath of fresh air. Thanks to everyone working at 9PM on 03/20/2026! My family really enjoyed our time at your restaurant. We'll be back for sure!
