I normally enjoy the wendys here in monroe while professionalism isnt the staffs strong point today's visit was by far the worst. While going through the drive thru I asked for a second to figure out my order. Not a normal thing as I normally use the app. But not long after the first person answered another answered a much more annoyed man asked what I wanted I asked for a minute. Through the speaker I could hear him whisper "God damn" after not even a minute passed I said I was ready and waited. After 30 seconds I said it again in case he didnt hear me. I hear. Whispered "God damn. One moment thanks." I was then rushed through my order i even repeated it and he repeated it back. I pulled up. He never looked at me. Just said the price held out his hand took my card then shoved the drinks out the window still not looking. Kept his back to me but I managed to see most of his name. Something like Westly. When he handed me the food he still didnt bother to glance at me as he about put the food on the roof of my car. He said nothing just slammed the window. I understand drive thru times but as a manager you are expected to at least provide some sort of friendly interaction with your guests.

As for the food and atmosphere it's Wendy's so it is what it is. As for the service, this has to be the slowest Wendy's in the state. And God forbid you try to call them because they hang up on you. We were on our way to Athens and wanted something to eat so we thought Wendy's is usually a safe bet. Not only are they slow we didn't get the Frosty key tag we bought. We were given no receipt for our order and needless to say we didn't notice it missing until we were on our way. All I can say is check or order before leaving this place because that's a nice little scam someone has going. Not all our items and no receipt to show what we had ordered.

Drive-through worker had an attitude because we were asking questions about what comes on the food. Then, when we get up to the window we are sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for our food to get brought to us, and finally, the manager brings our food that’s been sitting there to us with an attitude… The food they brought us was not what we ordered, the fries were cold, and the nuggets were missing. 0/10 experience Won’t come back

This would be a great spot for a Wendy’s resturant! They will refuse service to a line of dine in customers at 9 pm and tell them that can go thru and order at the drive thru then come back in and eat. What is wrong with people?!? Do they realize paying customers are the only reason they have a job? Do better Wendya!

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Ordered my food. 20 mins later, they tell me that the salad I ordered is not available. Everyone moves like they are zombies. To top it off, a worker was on break. That’s understandable. However he takes his Croc off, then his sock and picks at his feet. Then he clocks in. Washed his hands as fast as my 6yr old boy. Then attempted to get my order ready after 30+ mins waiting. That took it over the edge. Got my money back and left. Went to CFA and was in and out in less than 5mins with everything hot and good.
