Absolutely don’t go here, the man who runs the drive thru should not be employed for a CUSTOMER SERVICE job, he is rude and mean, my wife ordered a burger no cheese because she is lactose intolerant and it came with CHEESE, I did not came back for my money because of how bad the service was, food ended up in the trash and we ended up getting McDonald’s for her since it was late and only place open.

Mobile order submitted a few minutes before arrival
No one in the drive. Immediately told to drive around. Had to exit and every road to pull around.
Food took well over 13 minutes to get. Fries were bad, seemed like old oil. Had a red color. I think we the most of then away. Burgers were good.
Several workers were staffed. Didn't know what the delay was.
When we finally got find. There were 3 cars that were told to pull around.
This was a Friday night. Maybe around 10 pmish

I am never one to write a review without First contacting the store or giving them a second chance, but honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food, and I will never return to the Wendy’s in Monroe. The manager is beyond rude, the staff is unhappy, the order was wrong in 1 million ways, the fries were cold and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes, and for the first time, my husband and I threw out the food we had purchased because it tasted so horrible. Someone should shut this place down or fire the manager or the health department should come in because the food did not taste right along with the ugliness of their customer service
