Service was extremely slow. They hold back the whole line for 40 minutes just to serve for one order, and they did not even ask the customers to pull around and wait to respect other customers time.

Wesley the manager needs to be fired!! Went in the store due to drive through was long. The manager was taking orders at the DT. The man tried to take my order and asked the manager to clear the POS system due to things being on I didn't order. Manager Wesley told him "I'm taking orders and I'm not doing it at the moment make her wait." He apologized for my wait said there was nothing he could do until Wesley cleared it and that DT might be faster. Another worker came to clock in and she tried also trying to take the order and walk to talk to the ones making food. She even apologized for managers behavior. After about 10 mins Wesley finally clears the screen. The food was cold once I got home and NOTHING was offered for the rudeness of that manager. I feel SO bad for the workers, I can't imagine how many times they have to apologize for poor management. There are a total of seven to 10 employees working.

This Wendys is currently terrible. Its been getting worse over the last few months a few good times hit or miss tonight was deplorable. Took 45 minutes to get food in the drive thru 10 mins waiting to get to order screen another 20 mins sitting in silence until my order was rudely taken and then another 15 waiting to pay and recieve food. Dude in the red Pollo with the cursive tattoo on his forearm was short and dismissive slamed my drinks on the counter and then pushed them at me through the window. I am a pretty patient person if at any point dude had apologized for the wait or had not been rude to me I wouldnt have even bothered leaving a review would ha e just kept hoping my local wendys would get better in silence.
If you have the option go the the one in Bethlehem its a 20 minute drive but its worth it they always knock it out of the park.
