- OSOnline ShopperOct 7, 20251.0Avoid this Subway and drive a few miles to the one in Loganville. If you do decide to try the Monroe location, check all to-go orders before you leave. They don't toast; they are very stingy with toppings; they do not give any on-the-side toppings -- not even an extra slice of tomato; they do give you the extra meat for which you pay additional; and they DO NOT honor coupons or deals that Subway advertises on the site. All of this is very disappointing because the location is convenient.

I reached out to the store and was told I would have to come in to the store or have someone pick it up. I explained I didn’t have a way to pick it up and didn’t have anyone who could pick it up for me. I asked for a refund and the person speaking with me would not help at all. He just kept repeating to me that I would need to pick up a remake or have someone pick it up. Completely unhelpful. Do not order from the app! He refused to refund my money.
