Imagine my surprise when picked up and received one large and one ex-large. Was given some flimsy excuse that it was my selection. Are you serious? Buy one get one either 2 large or 2 extra large should be same size. Come on Papa John's don't let me rethink buying from you!

I order delivery from this restaurant regularly. But on this occasion, I ordered a pizza for delivery and my food was left on my front porch in an unsealed box...not in the chair but on the actual concrete porch.. When I found the pizza after 40 minutes, it was cold. I called the store and spoke with Alan, the manager who went totally silent on the line. I had to ask if he was still there. He just ghosted me on the phone...no interaction. He finally responded that he would send another pizza. After 45 more minutes, again a COLD pizza. I literally could have walked 5 minutes to pick it up. Did I mention,, I gave the driver a $5 tip for a $19 pizza. UNBELIEVABLE!!
