We ordered delivery for a single large pepperoni pizza, with an added 18% tip. When the pizza was delivered, the driver said to special needs sister who answered the door, “and next time, you need to leave a tip.” and walked away before my mother or I could come to the door. We called the store immediately after the incident and spoke to Brad and Jessica and they were very nice and helped us feel a little better afterwards but still a very saddening experience seeing as we’ve been ordering from this papa john’s for years now.
