My greetings upon approaching the counter was being yelled at to place my order on the kiosk from the area they put orders together. The dining room floors were greasy and slippery. The food is certainly on the bottom end of the McDonald’s I have had. They were out of both specials McDonald’s is offering. The grinch meal and the McRib. No apologies other than we don’t have any the warehouse is out.

I was waiting to order my food and a manager came up to me and asked me if I needed something while I was patiently waiting for it to be my turn to order. She then came up to me and accused me and my friends claiming that we were here earlier this week “fusing and cussing in the store” she then claimed that one of the workers had described me from head to toe and that I was the main one causing all the chaos. She was very rude while saying all this.
