I called the store and asked if I could edit the pickup method to curbside because that’s what I always choose. The associate very bluntly informed me she could not edit that. I asked if there was a way I could do it and she rudely again told me no. I explained I had 3 kids (1 being an infant and 2 toddlers) and could not carry everything back out to my car (especially being 30 degrees at night). I asked if I could just meet someone at the door and if not I’d need to cancel. She said “ok” and hung up on me. With her response, I had no idea if she was going to cancel my order or not. However, a couple seconds later, I received a cancellation text… I was already on the way. Her tone was extremely rude the entire time, didn’t offer one bit of help - I would have gladly met her at the door. I always order curbside and it’s never an issue. I’ve actually had this happen one other time and someone was so sweet to change the method with NO problem. Not the case with this individual. Domino’s was one of the few places in town where I didn’t have to go inside with all my kids to pick up. Will not be going back. I’m pretty sure this is the same lady that told me before I parked too far away and to park closer to the store (I was in the closest spot available)…

If this is an independent franchise the owner really needs to get in here and read all these one star reviews. Quite a few people have had the same issue as me and the establishment is 100% losing money because of it.
