  This location is horriblely placed. Difficult to get in and out. Using your mobile app to order ahead is absolutely pointless since there is no mobile line. You have to wait with the rest of the folks and if they're busy forget about it. The service was horrible. Definitely one and done at this location.

  I’ve given this location several chances but moving forward it’s a big no for me. My chicken minis were literally hard as a rock and missing chicken in one. Not edible at all. My other minis for my son were also hard and so dry. I’ve attached pictures of both. I called to request a refund that will hopefully be processed appropriately but this place needs some guidance in comparison to other Chikfilas in the area.

  I ordered food at the drive-thru today and didn’t check my food before leaving because I have never had an issue with this location. I got home and realized I was given tenders instead of my 30ct nugget, accidents happen especially with the amount of people who eat here on the daily. I called the store seeing as I didn’t feel like driving back out at 5pm and was helped by Abigail. She promptly helped fix the issue and did it with such a positive and kind attitude! Every time I come to this location I am greeted with smiles and everyone is always so helpful, not to mention the food is always amazing. You never know how much a simple smile and kind attitude can really change someone’s day, so thank you Chick-fil-a in Monroe. Definitely my favorite Chick-fil-a location!

  Hola tube Un pequeño enojo Esta mañana Paso que no revise Mi bolsa para ver que todo etubiera Como lo pedi.. Llegue a casa y saque Unas papas y otras papas en una caja Y yo había pedido nugguets 😅 Ok regreso Enojadada Pero creo que no era para tanto Porque todos siempre han sido amables Especial El supervisor Tal ves Mi enojo fue porque esa comida la queria para mi niño Y en El camino de regreso al chick fil A Se quedo dormido Ya no comio.. 😟 Pero reflexione Que Cada cliente Que pide su comida Para llevar debemos revisar antes El pedido Pero recomiendo 100 % este lugar
