  Overall experience was amazing this was my first time trying Charley’s ever and it was AMAZING! Customer service was 1000/10 and the Thai chilly wings definitely need to be top seller ! I pray the franchise owner succeeds 🤍🤍

  Girl at the register was super nice. The boneless wings I ordered was RAW so we asked for a refund, we were informed they can’t do refunds. If you choose to risk it just don’t order the wings. After the situation we see the health score is a 83 after reading it’s that low because of not cooking at proper temperature.

  If you want some good ,big, wings here in Monroe, this is the place to come to. Zach was a very helpful and very courteous.

  Went to charleys for the first time ever, and I dont plan on going back. Got some boneless wings and fries, and I haven't felt so bad since I got food poisoning a few years ago. People were alright, but the food tasted great just got me insanely sick.
