- CRCharles RaysideApr 3, 20261.0I'm not big on negative reviews but today seemed appropriate. Yesterday I ordered a hot decaf, cream & splenda and took the cup and left. 15 minutes later I take the first sip and discover it's a lg hot Macchuato with 4 Carmel Sw1 and tasted like syrup. I was in a meeting for 4 hrs and couldn't go back. Today I went back and ordered my standard lg decaf, cream & Splenda again. When I got to the window I handed the girl my credit card & yesterday cup. I said, "Hey I just wanted to let you know when I was here yesterday they gave me this wrong coffee for my order, thought you might want to know". Reply: "I can't do anything about yesterday & your welcome to keep your cup". Paid & left. No sorry we messed up yesterday, nothing, just collected for today. Which I was fine paying for that's why I offered my card from the beginning. It would have been nice if they cared yesterday was wrong. I guess not. I'll try not to give them a chance to get it wrong in the future.

My husband and I walked in last Sunday morning for a quick breakfast and WOW what a glorious case of treats!!! Their display of donuts was beautifully put together- could have been filming a Dunkin commercial in there. 😁 The staff was all smiles- super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We used to go a different route for another local Dunkin but this one is our new favorite and we’ll absolutely be back soon.
