- RBRob BrowderOct 17, 20255.0Just had a wonderful lunch. I was craving steak, so this spot was perfect today. This ultra unique butcher shop has multiple coolers full of meal packages to take home. Better than a grocery store for easy dinners to have in place of cooking or going out. The butcher shop area has a nice selection of meats. In the restaurant/wine bar section the menu offers many yummy items, including a choose your own meat plate option in which the butcher cuts your choice of protein. The chef cooks it up for you to enjoy there with a great glass of wine, if you want. Yes, I wanted, but couldn't for lunch, so I'll return some evening to try the Angus steak sandwich next with a red to sip. I had the steak flight, 3 separate steak choices cooked to perfection. It was exactly what I needed to fulfill my meat craving today. I recommend this spot for the wine, the menu, and the take home meal items made up to make our lives easy.
