  We planned for it to be a full event getting free T-shirts two weekends ago, but everything was super efficient. My husband didn't love the shirt design, and Katelyn up by the window swapped it out for us! It's so nice to feel comfortable enough to ask for things like that without feeling like an inconvenience. Although we got through quickly, we could still tell that a lot of care went into making our order. Everyone that works at this location was kind and seemed to be well trained and prepared! Looking forward to visiting often!

  We ordered two drinks, both of which were missing things (cold foam for one and whipped cream for the other). We were already driving away when we realized and were in a hurry. The sweetness in both drinks was insane. Also both were filled with so much ice that I think I got 10-15 total sips, very much a rip off. Will not be back, there's too many really good coffee shops in the area to settle for that.

  Warning must read: When I order coffee, and ask for light ice it means light ice not 75% cup full of ice if I wanted a cup of ice I would ask you for a cup of ice. I feel like your ripping me off when I am paying and you give me 75% ice and 25% coffee and then I ask you to make it right you tell me it would cost me $1 extra for already almost $8 coffee on top of that yall want a tip for what giving me a cup of coffee smh makes no sense. Won’t be returning!

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew Coffee! I have to give a special shoutout to Manu, who was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel so personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and loves what she does, which made such a difference 🥰 The service was fast, the drinks were delicious, and the vibe was just everything. Manu truly made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back 💕

  So far I am super impressed with the customer service. The teens have been super pleasant and willing to help and give recommendations. They forgot cold foam on my drinks twice and I didn’t ask them to correct it the first time because it was during the free small hour, but the second time I mentioned I asked for cold foam and they had no problem adding it. Absolutely in love with atmosphere, I asked the franchise owner (one of them at least) and they even added a little hook type thing so you can tether your pet while you hang in the gazebo area. Can’t wait to bring my pup and enjoy the nice weather and some socialization time. Welcome to the area 7 brew!
