    The speakers don't work in some of the stalls. I say in the drive through for far too long so I ended up parking. Finally someone came out and took my order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and some food for my kid. They bring it out and I paid for it. I looked in the bag and it was fried chicken on the sandwich. I asked for a refund. It took 3 people asking me to explain the issue and twenty minutes later, I was finally told I would have to return all the food in order to get a refund for the sandwich but my kid had already eaten half his food. Then they said they would have to re-ring the whole order and the money would be charged to my card again and I would get my money back in 7-10 business days. I ended up getting a blast instead of a refund. The shake was awful and tasted like drinking straight hersheys syrup. Even my kids hated it and we threw it away. This was my second time going to this place. The first time nobody answered the call button. They don't take tap pay either. The worker who came to talk to me at the end of this situation was very nice and apologetic about the outdated system and broken speakers. I'm not even sure if he was a manager or just a cook. I will say he did his best to rectify the situation but I simply will not go back. The whole ordeal was unnecessary.

    Tonight, I watched my food drop onto the floor from the counter. The worker (won’t disclose her name) picked my food up off the floor, shook the, now, wet bag (I guess to push it back into the bag since it fell), rebag the same food, and tried to serve it back to me. I told them I didn’t want it and that I needed a new one. They told me they’ll drop a new one and bring it to me. I pulled up and watched them stand and talk for about 20 seconds, then bring me a bag immediately. I told them I know that it’s not fresh and to remove it from my ticket. The worker told me they had one made… I def did not believe that. I do not recommend eating from this place. If you do, watch them with your food, so you don’t get sick from food dropped on the floor and rebagged. Only one star because I couldn’t go any lower.

    Went specifically to try the Big Dill meal. Burger, tots and pickle slush as clearly shown on their advertising and on the app. I was forced to order through the app because according to the employee corporate is false advertising and they cannot ring it up like that in the store. After a terrible ordering experience my top burger bun looks like they cleaned the griddle with it. Overall avoid this restaurant unless you want a slush or ice cream, I would order on the app and possibly avoid employee interaction.
