Separate occasion: Gave out my mobile order to somebody else so they tell me to pay for it again in the app and they will refund me, they eventually did refund after having to through a bunch of stuff and talking with managers. Separate occasion: Today which is why I'm making this post, I ordered through the app, and was waiting in the drive thru but it was taking forever to move so i deceid to park and go inside to grab it since I ordered it 20m ago it should already be ready, no point in waiting in line. But when I go inside they tell me I have to go through the drive thru to get my mobile order, even if my food was ready sitting in the kitchen. So now I have to go back out and get back in the slow long line when they could've handed me the mobile order that was ready instead they wasting 20-30+ minute of my day. If it's policy, change it to if the mobile order is ready give the customer what they paid for, does it really matter if I went through the drive thru? I've done it plenty of time at other rmcdoknads when the drive thru is long so I just hop inside and grab my food so I can ignore the line, that the whole point of mobile order!! Also I mobile order from here every single time, done it countless time, and they've only asked for my code ONCE, make them ask for the code so my food isn't taken by somebody else named Noah!
