I came through once with her at the window and she had an amazing attitude and she was very sweet. One morning I was in a rush and I ordered light ice because my teeth are horrible and the ice hurts my teeth. She told me that that would mean there would be less than the cup and I really wasn't trying to wait for another coffee so I told her don't worry about it so since then she has had a really bad attitude when I come through the drive-thru line. She handed me my coffee and I said thank you and waited for her to hand me my straw. I said thank you once again and she stayed quiet and continued to roll her eyes at me. If you don't want the job you have then just go. You think someone is trying to get more than what they paid for and really I'm just trying to not have my teeth hurting. Your assumptions are making you look horrible.

Finally, got up to the counter and was told “at least” 20 minutes on a sausage, egg and cheese bagel. The employees have no motivation and couldn’t give a damn. There are plenty of other places around, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
