- DCDineashia CollierFeb 20, 20261.0Customer service sucks. When Chipotle first came to milledgeville staff was very polite.I used to eat there 3 times a week. But now I don't eat there at all. A few days ago my boss bought me a Chipotle bowl and it was cold and when I complained about bought it to the shift supervisor she was rude as well. So I want be going back nor will I recommend anyone. Bring the old management back.
