- EHErin HugglerFeb 11, 20261.0This is the first time I've left a Yelp review but I was so annoyed at the service of the store I just had to vent! We are visiting Georgia for 6 weeks and I've always been a Baskin-Robbins fan but there are none close to where we live so I was excited - just like a little kid 😄 ice cream is still great, but the service in a word - in capitals - was RUDE!!! There were three or four employees around and three registers - but only one employee ringing up. Half of the store is a Dunkin' Donuts & that was apparently the priority so I was left standing there with melting ice cream until I had to speak up - which of course garnered me rude stares from the customers waiting on the Duncan side - even though my ice cream had been scooped before they were even there. But still enjoyed the soft ice cream😊

Does Baskin-Robbins have gluten-free options?
Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
