  Homebound from the hospital, ordered dinner from this place and their driver cancelled the order right by my house. Got stuck supposedly at Holiday Inn for over 10 minutes and then cancelled the order. Their customer service SUCKS and I’ll go to bed hungry because I can’t stand up from having fractured spine!!! You suck chipotle and your driver!!!!!!!

  Absolutely awful service and food. No where near Surcheros food quality at this location. Attitudes when I asked for anything. Zero customer service concerns or willingness to help. Very few options for toppings and sour cream is extra?? Come on.. nickle and diming people for cheap toppings and watered down sour cream. Go across the street to Surcheros and have a good experience and get whatever you want. Basic as you can get. Do better!

  I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my food. When I asked for a water cup the worker rolled their eyes at me.

  Customer service sucks. When Chipotle first came to milledgeville staff was very polite.I used to eat there 3 times a week. But now I don't eat there at all. A few days ago my boss bought me a Chipotle bowl and it was cold and when I complained about bought it to the shift supervisor she was rude as well. So I want be going back nor will I recommend anyone. Bring the old management back.
