  You order something they charge you for it it’s never right then they don’t want to fix there mistakes it’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to please close down or hire competent people cause your fry man manager sucks can’t take order right and over charge for things you don’t want

  Yeah how about don't allow 5-6 employees to take a break at the same time during a rush with a line of people to the door waiting with only one employee slowly walking back and forth with no sense of urgency. Waited to pick up my order for more than 25 minutes before leaving and none of the 8 people ahead of me got their food yet either. It's hard to rate customer service when there isn't any. Complete lack of any type of customer service from every single one of the employees that were here on 03/13 at around 2:30pm. Completely awful. Drive thru line hadn't moved at all while I was there either. Could not tell how many people were in the kitchen but I would be shocked if it was more than one or 2. Funny how fast food workers complain about the pay yet they lack every single trait needed for this type of job. Do not bother to stop here even if nothing else is open. Looks like the 1 star reviews are very common and the managers/owners don't even bother to acknowledge any of them they just paste a link telling you to post about it there instead. So I'll do that too even though it's pointless unless they completely restaff this location which won't happen.

  Never have I ever received a Mcdlurry that looked so horrible. I understand they were out of the regular cups but the presentation was still off. I told the girl tgat handed it to me that the cup was leaking. Her response was “show me where”. Excuse me!!!! Her response should’ve been “ok ma’am let me get you another one”. Especially when the evidence was in plain sight. A McFlurry….a simple McFlurry But yet it was so difficult. Do better McDonald’s!

  The service was terrible. It took 45 minutes for an order of fries and a chicken sandwich. The coffee machine didn't even have ice. They were incredibly slow. They should all be fired.
