  Fresh and delicious!!! I can definitely tell the fries were cooked in clean grease unlike other locations serving old food

  On April 2, I arrived at 9:58 AM, not realizing you opened at 10:00 AM. I waited outside as staff moved around inside preparing to open. By 10:02 AM, the door was still not unlocked, and no one acknowledged my presence—no gesture or communication to indicate a brief delay. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand that opening tasks need to be completed and I typically give grace. However, common courtesy costs nothing, and a simple acknowledgment would have made a difference. Instead, I left and went to Chick-fil-A, where I was greeted promptly and served efficiently, as usual. Please do better when it comes to customer awareness and communication.

  The service here is always bad. Went to drive thru on a Sunday at 10:38 pm and guy says they are closed. Hours posted says 11 pm. The owner needs to hire people that really want to work. They give long cook times so you don't order certain things on the menu.

  So I ordered medium biggie bag double stack. I’ve ordered this sometime ago and the burger was so salty I stopped ordering it. So today the same thing. My first bite I spit out. I had to throw the whole burger away. Wondering if the meat is spoiling or something because no hamburger meat should have that much salt to it
