  If I could give zero stars I would. First I came in and ordered 10 nuggets. They had me wait 25 minutes before they realized it’s not even cooking. They’re in the back of the kitchen touching everything with their bare hands. Manager was eating fries out of the pan. And it’s a bunch of kids back there who don’t know what to do. Will never return to this Wendy’s EVER AGAIN. It needs to be shut down completely. No customer service and the manager is rude and unprofessional. No one greets you when you walk in. Everybody just acts like you don’t even matter.

  I sat at the drive for 20 minutes, just for a woman to start GROWLING through the microphone, "CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER!?!?" After waiting all that time I was NOT willing to deal a poor attitude to boot. It was must that I drive away. I told her so.

  If I could give no stars I would. Second time I've stopped here to eat and sit at the drive thru and no one every takes our order. This will be the last. Seems like this location needs a staff clean-up.

  Came here for a lunch, worst thing I ever did. Stood there for over 10mins without any acknowledgement. Then thank God, Corporate people came in, and the Manga jumps up and ask if we need help. She had entirely no idea on how to even work the register. I asked for a $4 biggie bag and I got charged $10 , given an extra sandwich, a large fry I didn't ask for. The "manager" started speaking to Corporate, and I still ended up waiting for my food for another 6mins to where they even said I was waiting for awhile. They forgot my order. I will never come back to a place when the only time you ACT like you care is when you're having a visit.

  Placed a mobile order, pulled up to the window to receive my order and was told to pull in the mobile order parking spot to wait. Cool… mobile order took 15 mins for me to get my food while other cars received their order and I didn’t have a larger order at all. The service at this location has gotten ridiculous. I will never return to this location again. This is the 3rd time I’ve received lousy service. Should’ve went with my first mind and went to chik fil a.
