  I didnt even get greeted. But that is not the point. So I normally order off the app but today I paid in cash. I gave the cashier $50 and he gave me back $5 and some change. I said where is the rest of my money so another cashier came up and she calculated how much I was supposed to get back and she still shorted me $4. Like come on ya'll got to get it together for real. How you do the calculation on your phone and still got my total back wrong? And how did the guy mistake my $50 for a $20? I got so many questions as to what was going on in ya'll head. I really trusted her to give me back all my money

  I usually go here 3+ times a week. I went today and got my norm the bahama mama smoothie it was not the color it normally Is it was a pale pink. The staff are not friendly and they do everything with the same gloves and don’t change them out. The Stockbridge location is way better.

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie location around 2pm. The atmosphere felt really off honestly, it seemed like the workers didn’t even like each other. There was visible tension behind the counter, and it made the whole environment uncomfortable as a customer. On top of that, my Bahama Mama smoothie was not good at all. It tasted mostly like ice, like it wasn’t blended properly or had the wrong proportions. I asked for it to be remade a couple of times, but it still came out the same watery and lacking flavor.. Overall, between the awkward vibe and the poor quality of the drink, it just wasn’t a good experience. I expected a lot better.

  Horrible attitude from the older woman with the orange bob, I also sensed that she was being rude to another worker with long braids, honestly the atmosphere was uncomfortable and disturbing.

  Smoothie was watery and both the young ladies working had an attitude like doing their job and because it’s busy was an issue. Why did I have to stand there and watch the girl bag the food and label it and not call anyone names for their orders.Very disappointing.
