  If I could give this location a 0, I would. I love Sonic and have tried to give this location a chance several times now, but I'm done. Service is never good. Rude and flat out don't care. Slushes come unmixed. Tots and fries taste like they've been sitting and then refried. Just ordered chili cheese tots and have no idea what the black stuff is and it's disgusting. I'm not sure why this location is even still open. New management and standards are long overdue.

  Food took so long, I thought 💭 it was going to be fresh and hot. The fries 🍟 was so cold. They didn’t even warm the 🌭.

  Why have carhop/ stall service but never service it? Every time I am told they are nit "doing stall service" and that I need to use the drive thru. When I get to the drive thru, they say they can't hear me. Oh yeah they never have Onion Rings

  I came after I got off work for a diet cherry limeade. It was 9:40 when I got in line. It was 9:55 when I got to the speaker there was one car in front of me the whole time. When I get to the speaker, the girl tells me that they haven’t been taking orders for the last 15 minutes and that they won’t be taking anymore. This is confusing because they close at 11 according to Google. Change your hours or at least let people know before they waste 15 minutes sitting in your drive-through.
