  If I could give zero stars I would. I live around corner from this Pizza Hut the reviews were bad but I said let me give a try. Well reviews were right. Placed an order thru the Pizza Hut app got email confirmation paid using apply pay connected to my bank card. Money was taken out. I go get my order they have no order in the system but then pull it up saying I owe. I don’t owe you nothing but then under another breath say order didn’t go thru because payment didn’t go thru. I said that makes absolutely no sense because you’re saying I owe but yet you don’t have my order. But yet I have order confirmation emails and order ready confirmation all in email and in the app!!! That was my first and last time ever order from that location. I will drive the distance and order from East Lake Parkway location like I normally do even though it’s out of my way now. As much as I wanted to cuss them out the lady at the counter didn’t warrant me to cuss because it clearly wasn’t her fault but yes that location is trash!!!

  I don't understand how this place can be satisfied with serving someone the food they do. Had this not been the closest to me I would never go here. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

  They used a third party delivery door dash and they just left the food on the floor outside the front door in the cold. Like who’s going to eat food off the floor it wasn’t in a bag or anything it was 2 orders of cheese sticks. I’m never ordering from Pizza Hut again very disappointed

  Is this really chicken? Why would a restaurant even send this out? Please explain what this is? I received in my order today from this location.
