  I stopped with a few people from our group. The food was good, as usual. The woman who took our order was kind and patient with the older travelers and had no issues with my giftcard, that didn't work at another location. Overall, great visit.

  A good panera experience, fast service, yummy and healthy food. My only complaint, they run out of coffees, and don't fill them :( waited for hazelnut coffee for a while, and even light roast was out 😞

  Waited over an hour for my food only for it to be put in the wrong spot as I’m standing in front of rapid pick up. Kindly told an employee and he was nice about it and apologized for the misplacement, I said no worries and started to leave. Manager thought I was gone and said some cuss words about how I was lying about waiting and said I can keep waiting for all she cares. I backed up and told her she can check the app if she thinks I’m lying and she screamed “what did you say to me” over and over and followed me out the door. I’ve never been to an establishment where they teach the managers to fight their customers but hey maybe they do it differently in GA. I feel bad for the people who have to work for her. Probably fired by the time I’m writing this for similar reasons but I will make a point to stop anywhere else on my route than here!

  I had an amazing experience at Panera Bread, and I just had to share! Ms. Antwantee and her entire staff truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. It’s clear that Ms. Antwantee leads her team with excellence, because everyone was attentive, friendly, and focused on making sure every customer had a great experience. The service was fast, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the team worked together seamlessly. It’s not every day you come across a staff that makes you feel valued and appreciated, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Thank you, Ms. Antwantee and team, for setting the standard for exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back!
