  This is my second time getting under cooked food here. 1st time is was cinnamon balls and despite almost choking to death on raw dough I came back. This time I only got chicken nuggets. I arrived 5 mins early. Rather than asking me to wait they just yanked strait out the oven and gave to me. All the sides are super mushy. I would have rather waited for my good to be cooked properly now im at work finishing cooking in a toaster oven. Today was my last visit there.

  I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order tonight at 8:15. The short, dark haired young lady told me the customer’s order wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. That was fine since I had an order to shop for next door at dollar general. I shop the order at dollar general and come back at 8:35. The same young lady informs me that it’ll be another 15 minutes. I tell her that she told me that at 8:15. This lady looked me dead in my face and lied and said she never said that. It is now 8:50 and this order still isn’t ready. I’ve picked up orders here before and I have never encountered this issue before. They were not busy so I’m not sure what type of issues they encountered that made this order almost a hour late. What is wholly bothersome is the fact that this lady lied in my face. Unacceptable.

  By far the worst experience with the employees and the food I’ve been coming to Johnny’s pizza for years and my wife is pregnant right now. She tried one of the pizzas did not like it so we told the waitress to take it off my (wife only ate a half a slice of pizza) So we ate our large Greek salad together instead and when it came down to paying the bill, they still made me pay for my pizza that nobody ate. I’ve never been to a restaurant where they don’t accommodate to the customer i’ve always gotten asked if I wanted it taken off the bill or do I want something to replace it and they did not do either with that being said the customer service was absolute garbage we were the only family in there no one checked on us and then they charged us for a pizza that we did not even like so I give this place a one star worst pizza restaurant in the area one other thing that I forgot to put in the post, the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way it was still doughy

  Last one to get my meal party of 7 half the party done ate their meal by the time I got mine having to dispute my charge because they paid for my meal and someone else meal on my card now I have to dispute that extra charge on my card I will NEVER eat there again!!! .
