Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MAMrs. Aldridge2 days ago5.0This restaurant was perfect!!! Shana and her crew were nothing short of remarkable!!!! Shana herself as a manager is superb. The customer service was impeccable and the servers could not be beat. We showed up with 32 students that were tired and hungry and they did an AMAZING job of taking on this challenge with a smile on their face and with excitement. The employees were more than excited to hype the students up and take photos with them. The encouraged our students who were finishing up a long day of auditions and they were so positive. Shana came out and thanked the students. The food was delicious and every order was perfect, hot, and before we left we decided we would make Whataburger a tradition. Thank you Shana and your crew!!! Love you all.

A staff member responded that it should be served warm. However, I was not offered an apology or any solution to improve the situation. This restaurant has become a complete joke as they don't hold the integrity that a true Whataburger holds.

The manager on staff was helpful however, Jamie had already set the tone for poor customer service. 3 days of training no days of training you took my money in exchange for product. You open your store for business! So, no Jamie there is no grace for the poor service provided today. Not to mention a young lady had to walk to the board to have me pull forward because the staff was talking, playing and laughing looking for a iPad. I guess no training was provided on the headset either.
