The young lady at the front counter was very rude the entire staff gave poor communication my “fast food” experience turned into a 20 minute stop for only three tenders literally no drink sides meals just three tenders and the tenders looked like chicken bites! The entire experience could have been better had they communicated properly! I was asked to pull up I did so and after sitting for ten minutes I went inside the little girl at the front counter said they take eight minutes ! Who told you that I was willing to wait that long ? There’s food next door tenders literally everywhere if I wanted to wait that long I could have went to chilis. Just give the customer the option is all I’m asking and when I asked for a refund I waited tried to be patient again when I asked how long on the refund the little girl yelled “its a process “ not only does this not answer my question it didn’t make me any more patient. Meanwhile she was talking on her cellphone and bagging food just unprofessional and not sanitary!

Just went through the drive-through. I have 30 minutes for lunch. It’s four minutes from my work place after being in the drive-through with only three other cars in front of me for 18 minutes. I had to leave, so no lunch today. No wonder only three stars on here surprised it has any management needs to go in there today, Wednesday, February 11 and fire everybody that’s in charge of the drive-through.

Seems understaffed. Waited forever at the speaker, when I pulled up to the window I was told to back up and wait, and then told come back to the window, then handed obviously old, cold food. Never again.

The manager LA is horrible and shouldn’t be over any business that requires customer service. She is rude, disrespectful and carries a very nasty energy and spirit. If this is who Wendy’s chooses to be the face of their company then I choose to never dine at this establishment again. And i will be sure to tell everyone I know.
