When we pulled up to the window after waiting more than 30 mins, there was no apology offered for the long wait. Rather, the worker handed us our drink then went right back to her phone while we continued to wait for our food. I hope customer service improves at this location. Whether the issues were due to being short staffed or something else, the customer service was just awful.
