- SSShantaeFeb 7, 20261.0I picked up my order and left as usual, but once I got to my car and opened the boxes, I saw that both pizzas were completely overcooked and essentially burnt. None of the employees mentioned any issue with the order when I picked it up. I went back inside and asked to speak with a manager. A young man came over but did not introduce himself or state that he was the manager. I had to ask him directly to confirm his role and provide his name. There were three employees standing at the front register area at the time. He explained that they had recently gotten something new and needed to remove pizzas sooner so they wouldn’t burn. He asked if I wanted the order remade, and I declined and requested a refund instead. He then handed the situation off to another employee to process the refund and walked away without offering any apology. Overall, the service was disappointing and unprofessional. Between the burnt food, lack of communication, and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location.
