  If you can avoid it, do not ever come here. We have been waiting 36 minutes for two $5 meal deals. There are several workers here but no one is doing anything. Also, the toilet is overflowing.

  Bathroom had overflowing toilet and urinal, no paper towels and no soap. Health hazard. Taking trash out through the front door (health code violation), all the kiosks were out of paper, and I’ve never actually seen a pop nozzle malfunctioning that way before. Closest way to describe it was the Fanta nozzle was shooting soda water out the front, and syrup on the bottom. Probably my worst fast food visit I’ve ever had.

  Not one person spoke Ordered on the machine Paid extra for a lrg mocha with all the extras & got the bare minimum If you’re a coffee lover don’t cheat yourself like I did because I was in a hurry. Just go over the bridge to Starbucks and save the headache and wasted money. Apparently you don’t get what’s in the picture.

  This is the worst McDonald’s. They are almost always out of certain condiments, especially rent one time they were even out of ketchup. The soda machines in the lobby do not dispense the correct soda and sometimes don’t even taste like soda. Some of the drink selections When pressed push out water instead of the actual drink. The wait times are extremely long. And sometimes the orders are almost always wrong or prepared incorrectly. The bathrooms always smell nasty And sometimes there’s never any tissue or paper towels in the bathroom today there wasn’t any soap. This is the worst McDonald’s out of all the McDonald’s in the McDonough area!! It’s like there are so many people working But the wait times are still extremely long. I can be standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes just for one thing and there’s no communication or anything. The ice cream machine is almost always down and even one time I couldn’t get any mccafé beverages I guess because they didn’t feel like cleaning the machine. This location needs to close down immediately. It is so bad!!

  I had went with my sister and cousins and we ordered a good amount of food so Of course we were patient because we understood how much food we ordered so we had asked for fries with no salt and we noticed when we had got our food. It wasn’t that because my cousin can’t have salt and I go inside. I first wait very very patient and they were ignoring me and that’s what I had excused me politely, and I had told them the situation and I spoke with the manager out of all the employees she was the rudest, then proceeded to say that she couldn’t understand what I was saying, but I was speaking English very clear and saying that I was wrong, she was trying to be funny for the fact that I’m Mexican, saying that I had never asked for no salt, but it’s clearly on the receipt so I had to go get my receipt. I bring it back. I went through the drive-through this time I showed her she mumbled something and close the thing right in my face I have not been disrespectful with this lady yet I really should’ve because she was really rude. I’m gonna show you the receipt and that manager needs to be fired for how extremely disrespectful even while I was waiting someone had went over there and said just to give them back their money for their food again she walked away disrespectful They never got their food by the way and they just forgot about it and left, but this is so unacceptable. The fact that y’all have this lady in charge leading those younger people that were acting more mature than what she was is insane. She was cussing, rolling her eyes.
