When they added the dual drive-thru, how many times have I pulled up to place my order only to hear them take only orders from the other side while I sit and wait? Order is usually correct. Employees are generally friendly, but there are times when attitude is the order of the day. The building has been converted to a mostly drive-thru, so the reason for the low "atmosphere" score.
