waited 45 mins for my food just for it to be hard burgers where they are crunchy and uncooked nuggets . the staff shows no remorse to customers waiting . I will not be back

This is a filthy place. I ordered a BigMac and had to throw it away due to finding hair in it. I called to complain and the only way they wanted to make things right is to replace the sandwich from the same filthy kitchen.
