I have never experienced going to a McDonald’s and not being able to order food that’s on the menu. I was told today at 1130pm that they had no burgers because they have no cooks. It was 3 people in there, I asked what time they close and she said 1am… I was also told it was store policy that if they don’t have cooks they can’t serve food. Why stay open? I hope this is accurate and not laziness. Management please give clarity because that was a terrible experience.l. Get nuggets that’s all they have so she claims.

I had such a fantastic experience at this McDonald’s thanks to one exceptional young man named Patience working there. My original order had been canceled by mistake, but he immediately stepped in to help. He handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, making sure everything was fixed quickly and that my order was absolutely perfect.
Even though it could have been a frustrating situation, Patience positive attitude and genuine care turned it into a great experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of service really stands out. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like him on their team!
