When I mentioned that one of the Happy Meals was missing apple slices, the employee in a red shirt immediately cut me off and insisted both meals were rung up with double fries. I had already checked my receipt before saying anything. When she returned to the window, I was trying to explain that I was also missing an apple juice, but she shut the window while I was still speaking. I did eventually receive the missing items, but the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy toward customers goes a long way.

I asked if they had the regular spicy chicken meat that they could replace it with. She got an attitude and started saying "You're not listening to me" and continued saying that the sauce was what made the burger spicy. She did not state that they didnt have the spicy chicken meat. But she got mad and walked off. Unpleasant behavior. I didnt get the managers name but this incident happened on Friday Jan 2, at 11:54am. Just about to be lunch time. Do not recommend!!
